So when former Deputy Comptroller Billy Hamilton recently made their All Decade State Tax Team, it was quite an accomplishment. When The Politics of State Taxes columnist David Brunori named his all star team, he wrote of Hamilton: "Billy Hamilton, author of the State Tax Notes column State Tax Merry-Go_Round.
